Src object Error 5

Hi
Getting an Error Code 5 (Building Voxels for Scource) if i use a Displace Deformer to animate the shape of the Source Object. Once i delete the deformer everything is back to normal. Support for deformers in a source mesh would be great as it is a common way to slightly animate source geo. It is basically the same procedure that is used in the Thanos Portal Tutorial just translated to c4d.
cheers

tried to do a comparison between XParticles, TFD and fume. While Xparticles and TFD had no problem to use the polygons of that animated figure as a source, Fumefx refused to simulate and gives an Error 5 upon simulating ...

Sim Crash at specific Frame

Hi there,
[ W7pro - 2*1080TI 430.86 - 2* Xeon2687W - C4D 20.57 ]
I am getting a sim Crash always on the same frame wich also crashes C4D. First i thought it might be the GPU preview wich slows down the overall sim time considerably but getting the same crash with the GPU preview switched off. Trying to get some steam from within the engine room to emit through vents in the hood and the Grill. i build a proxy geo as a collider. All the sim settings are pretty much default as i am just getting started.
Fume crashes once it reaches frame number 67.
Also i have to restart C4D sometimes to get any effect of changing Values in the either the fumeFX object as well as in the Source object.
--- After some more testing the frame count now is a different one for each crash ---
--- More testing the collider seems to cause the crash ----
Thanks for taking a look

Bug: Camera "Film Offset" -> Wrong Preview

Hi,
The cameras "Film Offset" is not taken into account for the "GPU Viewport Preview".
As you can see in the screenshot, there is a camera offset of "20%", which leads to the preview not sitting on the fluid-source anymore.
Rendering is fine though, also the non-GPU-Preview.
.c4d file is attached.

I was able to authorize 1 computer with my serial, but I am trying to authorize another, work comp vs home comp for testing and am stuck at connecting.
How do I do the manual Auth?
User ID is 3500 3200101 EFE1B18
Thanks for the help.

Hi,
this is so beautiful, first I thought it is slow but soon realized it's your technique that counts, it is fast for a beta even though it has some minor bugs others have mentioned. anyway, i keep getting memory build up every time I start different scene for testing purpose but this did not happen with 3ds max, it takes care of itself. maybe I'am doing something wrong , otherwise I have to restart c4d to keep the memory low.
Big Thanks To All, Kind Regards
Kate

When running the simulation if you pause it for a while, say for a meeting, FumeFX won't resume and becomes completely unresponsive until you restart c4d
Infact I've seen this behaviors when just idling the pc with out toughing it for a while
