Hello,

Fire do not cast shadows in FFX, but it will cast light if you use a fR or VRay (and soon mental ray) that
supports GI.

Any chance fire shadow casting can be added? I've seen fire casting shadows, blocking light from a bright light source nearby - the last time I roasted marshmellows anyway. Big Grin

Create a PFlow that follows/matches the fire. Set it to not visible to camera, but casting shadows. With some tweaking it should work.
