Hi,
when I use a polyPlane or a circle plane (cylinder cap) to emit smoke from (fuel inactive, aslo all turbulences and vorticity switched off) I get patterns in the emission.
I would expect a uniformly distributed smoke emission over the whole surface (which I then could breakup exactly the way I want with a intensity texture in the smoke slot).
Instead I get always patterns like the attached image shows.

Am I missing something? I tryed volume, shell ... free flow. Doesn't matter.
Cheers
Rico
