Does anyone know how to move the horizon down so I don't get a darkblue line over my landscape?

In the General Parameters Section of the Dreamscape Dialog,
there is a field for Ground Level which can be set as low as
-999 and as high as +999.
Other than this, you will have to either raise your landscape or set up a wall, mountains or some other geometry to hide the horizon line, or tilt the view for the same purpose.
Other than these things, you could change the background color of the environment to something other than black.
