Hi,
I am working on an explosion shot which is 600 frames long. after the initial explosion smokes raises up into the air along with the fire ball. We want to keep the smoke stay longer while rising up. but no matter what I do the smoke keeps dissipating after around 250 frames.
I reduced the vorticity, reduced the smoke dissipation parameters completely to 0.
changed Advection stride to 0.05.
But I still cannot manage to stop the dissipation. Seems like there is something inherent in the solver which dissipates the smoke. I just cant figure it out.
Any help is highly appreciated.
I am attaching a render from a low res sim and this one around 250 frames after the initial explosion.
After this the smoke gets dissipated and diffused quite a bit, which we donot want.
