FumeFX render crashes on low res. sim

I am rendering from wavelet (100 frames) biggest file in the sim is 320096KB. 3D max crashes at frame 87 everytime. I have 12 gb ram so the filesize should not be an issue.
I 'm using mental ray.

Can anyone help?

I have reported this to you earlier without getting any sensible answer.
