Maxscript dotNet Event handler Exception

I have a new machine, dual 6 core (12 cores) windows 7, nothing that out of the ordinary, and Fume is throwing an -Unknown system exception when simulating? Has anyone ever ran into this? Were still using Fume 1.2e
