FumeFX ini error messages upon opening Max

I get these 2 messages (images attached) when I open 3ds Max Design 2014 (Windows 7).
What can I do to stop this from happening?

if there is already a topic that deals with this in the forum, please point me to it.

Hello,

Please change file permissions as shown on the image attached.
Installer should have fixed this automatically if the software was installed as an Admin.
