Will Dreamscape work in 64Bit XP?

I've just ordered a new workstation with WinXP64. Is Dreamscape going to work in Max? I am going to be using the developers editon of Max 8 - 64 Bit edition.

Where 3ds max goes, DreamScape will go as well.
Sorry, but I can't tell you any info before the Siggraph starts.
