Here is an example we have been working on to test the FumeFX plugin.
http://www.dustinproductions.com/max-re ... -25-07.mov
This was the 2nd day we have had the FumeFX plugin.
The file is 5.5 Mb
The vehicle is using Vehicle Studio 1.7 (
http://www.newplugins.com/) for the dynamics.
thanks,

Interesting...
Can you post an high res image of your smoke ? So wee can better see the smoke...
Thx
looking good. heres tip for sand/dirt. i have increased the jitter to 100% to make sure its really grainy, makes the smoke looks more like lots or particles this way. 8)

Woody,
I tried changing the jitter and it had no effect at all.

Looks like you show up as a guest when you time out...........
That was my post to Woody.

weird...works here. you might need a light tho. you can also put noise in your fluid mapping map. i.e have a fractel noise clamped at .5 and .7, then in the black/white channel of this you can put a smaller noise map to add more grain detail.
ill check my sand settings....
yep ,that was it, 100% jitter on render/illumination, then a fine noise map. mine was at about 0.4, which is small.. with a high voxel grid, this takes care of the detail, otherwise you can have two maps as said above.
