Where do I get the scene files of afterwork's Dreamscape
animation gallery which is done by Steve Green?
Underwater, Stormy Ocean, and Ocean Surface.

At a guess would say you create them. They are not tutorial files and he spent a lot of time getting them right.
Or you could try asking him nicely, but I wouldn't get my hopes up as I wouldn't just give away my hard work.

If you hunt around the Max CGTalk forum and do a search for stormy foamy sea, there's a longish thread there which might have some scene files.
I'm just getting back up to speed after having builders in and all the computers disconnected, so I've got a big backlog of work to get through.
