N-sim Crash - malu05 - 01-15-2015
Hi, I'm stuck with a major problem. I can't get N-Sim to work at all. As soon as I hit the simulationbutton, Maya crashes. I have a tight deadline on a project, and I've hit a brick wall with this problem. Can you send a simple working scene with N-Sim, so that I can check if the problem is still there?

Here is simple scene with N-Sim which works with us.
Can you please tell us would Maya crash if you have preview window closed, or this it not related?
Also, please let us know what Maya version and FumeFX version do you use.

-The preview window has no effect on the crash.
-I am using Maya 2015 SP5 and FumeFx 3.5.5
I can't seem to find the n-sim scene you send. Are you sure it is attached? :-)

Thank you for the scene.
When I press simulate, it freezes and I get an error in my script editor saying:
// Error: FumeFX: failure on transfering attribute value //

// Error: FumeFX: redoit failed applying 2-th parameter. //

But it doesn't crash Maya, and that's always good

Hello,
That scene was created with an older version of Maya and it seems there are some issues with running this scene in more recent Maya versions.
Please find a new NSim scene that was created and tested under Maya 2015SP2.
