Fluid behavior - vturchin - 10-22-2014
Can someone recommend a way to prevent the fire from coming to a point like in an attached reference quicktime. Whats causes that behavior and would help the flames stay separate.
Also, any recommendations in terms of scale, setups, etc. for generating large flames and getting small detail from bonfire

Not sure if I -another forum user-can access that QT.
But usually this is a balance of burn rate and temperature with a dependance on your time scale.
Turbulence can also factor in dial it low for control and increase to taste as you get the above dialed in for your context.
