Any examples of making HDRI images from Dreamscape?
I hear your not ready for Max 8 so I'll use Max 7.5 if necessary.

Hello,

DS Sky parameters were made initially to create sky that has a 'proper' illumination when rendered without HDRI.
To create more variation of the Sky illumination, you should turn up 'Glow' parameter which will increase directional scattering coming from the Sun.
