Slow Down Smoke Movement

How do I have about the same volume of smoke hanging in the air
but moving at about one quarter the rate, as in this movie?

I would recommend the following initial changes:
--larger overall scene scale
--perhaps lower bouyancy
--lower spacing (more ram usage)
--cubic activated
