ADVICE ON SHOT
#1
Hi guys.
I have a scene where a robot is walking on a field on fire. The fire flares up to the robot´s waist line. He´s shooting up and lots of sparks come out of its gun barrel. The fire is done in Fume.
Is there a way to do sparks in fumefx so that they interact with the fire? It´s very important to have a nice interaction between fire and sparks.

Thanks.

Hello,

FumeFX comes with Particle Flow and Thinking Particle follow operator that can be used to direct particles along the FumeFX' velocity field (user has to export FumeFX velocity to caches).

I hope this helps.
