output Loading Error!

Hi, any reason why we get this error when we move on the timeline and render? The sim looks ok in the "Preview Window" and the render is ok but we get this error on every frame:

Output Loading Error!
An error has occured while loading output file.

The cache files are pretty heavy (1-2gig each)

Maybe something went wrong indeed, but it's not visible inside the viewport/rendering ?
Can you see it on a smaller files from the same sim ?

I'm also getting this error on very large caches. 2+ gigs per frame. The problem is that when I tried to SL 'minimize grid' a cache after simming (without 'retime' checked - just to reduce the cache size), the post processed frames contain no visible data and are around 3mb each.
