Fume Directories

Hey forum,

I'm at the point where I've filled up my HDD with part of a simulation (3Gb per frame) and I'm wondering if it's possible to continue the simulation in a different directory. Or if that's not possible, can i move the FXD files onto a different HDD and run the rest of the simulation from that location? Is this what the 'Initial State' sim mode is for?

Never mind I worked it out. You can swap the directories to where ever you want as long as you set the output path to the same location.

Output paths can be wherever you want them.
Keep in mind that if you're using FumeFX SL that caches have to be in the network accessible folder.
