-y offset when generating vdb format

I have the same problem. Was keen to test out the vdb rendering with V-Ray Volume grid, but this issue probably makes it too much of a pain to use in production.

I've found field3d simms can take much longer to go through compared to fxd, cause of the compression type on the files, so was hoping that vdb would fix those issues
