Tornado uppercloud

Hello,

I am trying to made tornado.
Base tornado takes 500 frame to 500 gb space.
In upper cloud my grid is huge(9500x9500x650) spacing 18 particles 20000.
after 150 frames it takes 40 minute per frame and my system almost going to hang.

How can i reduce space and time ?
where do i mistake???
