No sorry. It is a fluid simulation.
You can however sim out a segment render it then blend it in post to create a loop. It would be difficult to get a perfect blend but it is possible.
Basically cut the clip in half swap the beginning for the end and add a cross dissolve.
Give yourself something like 10 frames of overlap to get a half decent dissolve.
