Time Scale 0.5 Problem

Have a pretty simple scene setup, simulating only smoke emission. after default simulation between 0-100 frames I did 0.5 re-timing but I got only 198 frames processed no data for 199-200 Is this a known bug for value 0.5 ? How to solve?
