You don't have to. The differences if they occur at all, are very small. Ussually in patterns in parametric textures.
They're small enough to not wory about them, but big enough to see the image flicker when one frame is rendered on x64, second on x32, third x64, fourth x32 etc....
So all you have to do is assign through BB one job entirely to the x32 mashine and another entirely to the x64 mashine
