cloud layers lightening sky

Hi
Since when did adding a cloud layer lighten the sky all over? It's as if I'm adding an additive layer and it means that I'm not able to make complex clouds since more than two layers and the sky is too bright.

Kresimir, any chance of some help on this one? I've uploaded an example file. Turn on the other cloud layers one by one and the blue areas of the sky grow lighter and lighter. Also, the middle cirrus layer is pixelated on my machine here.
