FUME won't work
#1
Hello,
I'm desperately try to make a scene working and I have a delivery deadline two days from now, but looks like FUME doesn't work on this scene.
I have several moving objects within the simulation box, everything looks proprerly set and I've just checked other similar scenes where everything seems to work.
Simulation starts and I can see the preview window showing everything in its place, but when I stop the simulation and I just move the animation slider, everything disappears, including voxel placeholders in the viewport. Of course nothing happen even when rendering!
Note that I'm keeping the FUME FX selected and if I should do the same steps in a completely new scene, everything's ok. The only difference is the number of srcobjects, which is quite high (more than 50).
I have Dreamscape objects (sea) in this scene as well, I don't know how to fix this problem and it's desperately urgent!
Please, could you help!?

Ok, that was silly.
The problem was in the starting frame simulation.
The animation itself was in segment between 300 to 800 frames, but despite the simulation range which was ok, the starting frame must start from 300 (default is 0).

Btw, congratulation for this product, I think despite some minor problem it's the best available nowadays.

I am glad that problem is solved.

Thank you for a kind word !
We're always looking for the best ways to improve our other software, so any input is more than welcome.
