Velocity Channel Units?? - lxdengar - 01-28-2009 Got a question about the SDK for reading the file format: In the velocity channel, what are the units for the values? It doesn't appear to be units/sec, and the values are not normalized for the volume length. Re: Velocity Channel Units?? - lxdengar - 02-03-2009 Don't everybody answer at once. ![]() Nevermind, got it. Its in voxels per frame. Re: Velocity Channel Units?? - sitnisati - 02-18-2009 hmm.. it really shouldn't be voxels per frame, as velocity is in the same units we get from 3ds max. Kresimir Re: Velocity Channel Units?? - Capitanred - 02-19-2009 so does that mean it's units per frame? I know other software having velocity calculated per second in max, so I'm curious. |
