How to install the serial number？

I received the official serial number, but I don't know how to use it. My product authorization interface is stuck in the connecting.,And the AfterFLICS Authorization interface is always Trying to connect...Is there a problem with my network? Or am I not filling in the content correctly? thank you

Here is the manual if it helps. http://docs.afterworks.com/FumeFX5C4D/Authorization.htm It is possible that your firewall is blocking AfterFLICS. You can open AfterFLICS_tool.exe located in C:\Program Files (x86)\AFLICS Make sure that User ID is similar to the one on the image below and there are no error messages. [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]

To add to this thread, can this be a floating license serial? I want to be able to deactivate my Fume license at work, and resume it at home.. is that possible currently?
