FumeFx and CAT!?

So after quite some trouble shooting today, wasted my whole afternoon at it, and after blaming FumeFX 2.1 preset previously (deleted the post), it appears that Max won't re-open a file with a FumeFx grid containing collision object parented to a CAT Rig. Can anyone confirm that?
I've done it 10 times here, saved the file with the object parented to my CAT rig imported in the FFX object roll out, and saved it also without the object imported in the FFX object roll out. With... i can work with the file, makes sims, save the file... but can never re-open it after closing/crashing. Without... i can re-open the file.

I'm sorry to inform you that we were unable to reproduce it.

Could you please send us sample scene and name of object to be added to FumeFX which will cause the save/load bug you mentioned.

Thanks for trying, i would love to share the file, but just can't, not until i delivered to the client... It's dragging, but for sure, i'd love to know what was the problem here, i'll post it afterward. But trully, i i had to bake a node to get the motion of my cat rig and make sure nothing was connected to the rig anymore before bringing it into the FFX grid and my issue was fixed. Strange.
