Within general, exported channels, I find extra detail which requires fire to be simulated.

but if I go through the simulation options, I find a lot of things, but no fire ?
Where is that hidden ?

That info for Extra Detail seems a bit off - it shouldn't require fire so we'll fix that.
Simulate fire is the same as simulate fuel in FumeFX as those channels are inseparable.
