Scene render problem
#1
I rendered a scene in AB 3.2c and everything looked great. I then upgraded to AB 4.0 and now have a rendering issue. I'll include an image to show what's going on. As you will notice, the smoke trails are patchy and when rendered in 3.2c they were smooth and billowy.

I usually expect some differences with new versions... but maybe you could post the 3.2 and 4.0 files?

I tried to upload the file but it didn't seem to work. I got the dialogue box saying it's being uploaded, but no file seems to appear attached to the post. How else can I add the file?

Hello,

I got the scene and after reviewing AfterBurn parameters, I have noticed that Step Size was bigger than birth Sphere Radius.
If you set step size at least 1/3 of the Sphere radius, problem will be solved.
It is a common practice to have at least 20 steps through the volume to get the best effect.

Kresimir

Thanks for the tip! I'll change the parameters and see how things look.
