Can anyone give me some tips on getting something like this match strike? (see attachment)

I've been playing with settings but I'm not getting it to calm down after the initial chaotic reaction.

my first feeling is to try this :

Set it up Calmed from the begining .. Make sure you get Everything Moving for the longest life of the effect ( the calm part) ..Then when your happy , Get the chaos as External or Animated method ( Spacewarp maybe , or \ and xyz turbulance animated ) etc...
