N-sim crashes Max 2019

Hello,

I am currently using FumeFX 5.0.3 in Max 2019
The max will crash after I start the simulation with N-sim enabled
I tried start a new scene with only 2 fumefx grid and n-sim enabled, it still crashed without any emitters.

Here is the sample scene, it will crash when you start the simulation at FumeFX001 which is the master grid.

Or it is just my personal issues?

Hello,

Thank you for the file - we were able to reproduce it.
The problem is that the overlapping area is too small - only one voxel size, so when you make the overlapping at least two voxels wide the simulation will go fine.
We will fix the crash as it shouldn't happen.
