exploring parameters
#1
Windows:
Version 1809 Build 17763.557

Cinema4D Version:
R 20.059

CPU:
AMD Threadripper 1950x

GPU:
Nvidia RTX 2080

GPU Version:
419.67

for me temperature, fuel, and smoke are fine, but oxygen does nothing. Parameters available from -100 to +100 but what could I expect from negative oxygen ?

You'd need to have a longer sim to notice the difference.
With Oxygen diffusion change you can achieve various scale effects - higher diffusion will be better for smaller objects like candle.
In a closed space, oxygen will run out eventually reducing the fire burn, etc..

No problems at all.
Feel free to ask any questions and we'll be glad to help.

No - there has been another reason. Saw now that you have to change simple model to model with oxygen within simulation tab. This makes it work and you´ll see the differences.
