FumeFX, REs and MoBlur
#1
Im rendering fumeFx from Final render with image motion blur on the fume and 3D motion blur on the matte objects. This works quite well but when I render out to render elements the FumeFX REs dont get motion blur.
I have saved out a FumeFX_Velocity RE and am using vector blur in Nuke on the REs to get a similar result but its always a bit broken. Is this the best workflow to use?

Actually the other problem im finding is that I cant get camera motion blur on the fumeFX. What is the correct work flow to get good motion blur (object and camera) on FumeFX?

Ive added a large inverted sphere to my scene and made it a matte object. Now the camera motion gets blurred properly (I think, or maybe its getting its velocity from the background sphere?).

Hello,

It's probably from the sphere as renderer does not know volumetric effect is infront of it. I will take a look on this for the next version.

Thank you,
