Just tried to Order Fumefx 2.0 upgrade...??
#1
Hi,

I just tried to buy the upgrade to Fumefx 2.0. I had entered all the info and then clicked next after the credit card infomation. and it took me to a page that said check your order. It listed the software, and the amount that it costs. but other than that, there was no other button to continue or finish buying the producted. I didn't want to re-enter everything just in case that it had gone through.

has anyone else had this problem?

should I just try again?

Thanks.

Maybe your credit card didn't go through ?
I am seeing lots of valid upgrade orders this morning.

Hi, I've tried two different Credit cards, a Mastercard and a VISA, and still only thing I keep getting is the page that says check your order. And it just gives me the amount that will be charged. But there is no, click to finish purchase or anything like that. it's just a long page with nothing else on it.

Can you tell me if you've received an order from me. it should be under Fred Kuramura. The only problem I think it might be is that it keeps asking for a company name, and I don't have one so I enter none. My credit cards are not under a company name also. Could that be the problem?

Thank you,

Koji

If you get a notice right after your ccard data input screen, they maybe you didn't enter all the ccard information.
You can email me a screenshot, but please do not use your real Credit card info for security reasons.

I figured out why the order system doesn't work, or hasn't worked for me. Something about your order page and Firefox, is broken. I'm using the latest version of FireFox and I keep getting that error on the purchase page. So I went and tried it on Internet Explorer and it worked the very first time. So I thought you should know, about the bug. Smile

thank you.

Thank you for reporting this problem.
I have tried it in Firefox (ver. 3.6.3 ) and it worked fine.

ah that's the same build of Firefox that I have... it might be one of the plugins I have running.

Thank you.
