Vorticies scale

Hello,
What are the units in QCG Vorticty scale? It seems it is too small for any reasonable grid size, like 0,01 mm if grid cell is 10cm, for example? Is this scene units or some ratio? And what asterisk * symbol does mean on the side of the value? Sometimes is present, sometimes is not.

Couldn't find any info on this in documentation.

It's not the scale related to units, but it's more important the relation between the Strength and Scale.

Could you please tell me more about this? It is very hard to see the effect of this spinner. And how about asterisk on the side of the value?

Hello,

Most of the Vorticity II parameters variations are rendered inside the help file for the reference.
It takes some experience to find out the values that works the best for your scene.
