upside down sky - bluediablito - 11-18-2008

hello to all
this is my first time using dreamscape i must say this is a great program when it works.
for the past few days dreamscape has worked normal on my old max. until today when i finally receive my 3dmax 2009 and re installing dreamscape, dreamscape is acting funny. when i add a sky the sky is upside down.
can any one please tell me how to fix this problem
my final deadline is near please help.

Re: upside down sky - mailman1 - 11-19-2008

Hey m8. I've noticed that dreamscape is very .. _VERY_ dependent on how large your scenes are. Your scene should be in meters for it to best work. This might be why you get a weird sky. System settings in meters is not enough. Your actual models where you do footage also needs to be in meters.

It's been awhile since ive used dreamscape together with anything other than mental ray, but back in scanline days this was important.
