NSim weird issue in max 2016 - nelpiper - 02-05-2017 Hey guys. I´m running into a weird behavior. I´m a doing a scene where i need at least 2 fume grids, so I´m using Nsim. Problem it´s a fast moving object. Am I doing something wrong? What´s the workaround? Thanks. https://www.flickr.com/photos/20905836@N05/32683890816/in/dateposted-public/ Re: NSim weird issue in max 2016 - sitnisati - 02-06-2017 Hello, Would it possible to post a scene so that we can take a look as right now it is hard to tell what happens with the simulation ? You can attach the scene to your post, or email the scene to us at support@afterworks.com We will take a look at it. Thank you. Regards, Kresimir Tkalcec Re: NSim weird issue in max 2016 - nelpiper - 02-09-2017 Will do. Thanks. Re: NSim weird issue in max 2016 - nelpiper - 02-14-2017 Here is the scene. Thanks. [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND] Re: NSim weird issue in max 2016 - sitnisati - 02-16-2017 Hello, It seems that you have instanced grids and they write to the same caches and they are all master grids. Here is a simple N-Sim tutorial to start with: http://docs.afterworks.com/FumeFXmax/De ... x/Tutorial 09 N Sim.htm More about N-Sim can be found here: docs.afterworks.com/FumeFXmax/Default.htm#FumeFX4max/Simulation_1.htm?Highlight=N-Sim I hope this helps.
