Sorry, but that is not possible at the moment to do.
You might however make a tool at listen on the port of AfterFLICS tools and recive messages from the AfterFLICS service.

Hello,
AfterFLICS_tools under Licenses tab will update the "In use" license status whenever it's taken of freed.
With "Show Usage" checkbox enabled it will also list which machine uses a license.
We hope this will be useful as many users have asked for this feature.
