Hi,
I wanted to how many max cores can fumefx utilize. I have heard that 3dsmax can use maximum of 4 cores.

Hello,
FumeFX can use up to 48 threads.
3ds max Scanline can use all you have (not sure if there is any limit).

Yes.. one studio has such a beast - I think it was quad 6 cores machine.
